Please Note
- A minimum charge of one hour is applied.
- Estimates can be provided by our engineers before any work is undertaken
- Quotations are supplied for any major works following a visit from one of our Senior Engineers
- Standard stock items are charged at our list prices
- For other materials supplied are charged at suppliers’ list price +20%
- If Key need to collected from an agent/landlord it will be charged at £25 inc.
- Payment must be made in full by debit/credit card or cheque on receipt of our invoice.
